FREE STANDARD SHIPPING We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 within the contiguous United States.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 — 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: $24.99 — 1 business day
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time via the carrier's website.
SHIPPING CARRIERS We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
DELIVERY DELAYS While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. American Valor Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. American Valor Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at orders@americavalorco.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@americavalorco.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING At this time, American Valor Co. ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
